Let's start the new year building our power and getting stronger, together! This 8-week program is designed to build your FTP from the ground up.
This is a 3 ride / week training program. Core rides are always Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. But, depending on your goals and starting fitness, we've included two additional training days per week for our All-Access teammates. Complementing the 3 weekly core rides, you'll also find curated training on Wednesdays and Sundays for anyone looking to ride more often.
