This robust training block focuses on endurance and base building and is a great way to kickstart your 2026 fitness routine. Weekly training is centered around 3 core workouts: one Easy Run, one Structured Workout and one Long Run. Programming for 4 and 5 training days per week is also available with additional programming designed to support the 3 core weekly workouts. New Year Peloton Cycling Challenge 2026
Peloton cycling challenge with 3, 4 or 5 training days per week, plus 3 curated Peloton strength classes weekly. Let's start the new year building our power and getting stronger, together! This 8-week program is designed to build your FTP from the ground up. This is a 3 ride / week training program. Core rides are always Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. But, depending on your goals and starting fitness, we've included two additional training days per week for our All-Access teammates. Complementing the 3 weekly core rides, you'll also find curated training on Wednesdays and Sundays for anyone looking to ride more often.
