New Year Peloton Cycling Challenge 2026

Peloton cycling challenge with 3, 4 or 5 training days per week, plus 3 curated Peloton strength classes weekly. Let's start  the new year building our power and getting stronger, together! This 8-week program is designed to build your FTP from the ground up. This is a 3 ride / week training program. Core rides are always Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. But, depending on your goals and starting fitness, we've included two additional training days per week for our All-Access teammates. Complementing the 3 weekly core rides, you'll also find curated training on Wednesdays and Sundays for anyone looking to ride more often. Join Team Wilpers and enjoy interacting with teammates and coaches on Strava , in Facebook and on our new Peloton Team.
